Everyone here in Ratlinghope is delighted to announce that T-REX are to headline Farmer Phil’s Festival in 2024.
The all-star band created by Mickey Finn will be bringing their hit-laden set to Ratlinghope, with a set including T-REX classics ‘Metal Guru’, ‘Ride a White Swan’, ‘Telegram Sam’, ‘Teenage Dream’, ‘Children of the Revolution’, ‘I Love to Boogie’, ‘Jeepster’, ‘Get It On’, ’20th Century Boy’, ‘Hot Love’ and more.
The band owes its origins to the legendary Mickey Finn, Paul Fenton and Jack Green – three of Marc Bolan’s original musicians. The band’s T-REX renaissance began in 1997 when they were invited to appear at a memorial concert at Cambridge’s Corn Exchange. In the 27 years since then, the band have clocked up a string of international performances as they’ve taken the music of Marc and Mickey across the globe.
